Chocolate Chip Cookies:
2 1/2 C. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1/2 C. unsalted butter, softened
3/4 C. granulated sugar
3/4 C. firmly packed brown sugar
2 tsp. milk, room temperature
1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
2 eggs
2 C. white chocolate chips
2 C. semi-sweet chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
In a small bowl, combine the flour, baking soda and salt; set aside. In a large bowl, cream the butter, sugar, brown sugar, milk, vanilla. Beat in eggs. Gradually add the flour mixture; mix well. Stir in both types of chips.
Drop spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets lined with parchment paper (I use Silpat lined cookie sheets). Bake 10 to 12 minutes, until the edges are golden brown. Remove from the oven and cool on wire rack
Until next time,
Chocolate Chip Cookie Blessings!!

Thanks for sharing the recipe for those awesome looking cookies. That might be my baking project with the kids this week!
Also - thanks for replying to my post about the Genesis/MM trimmer. I'll have to hound you in February and find out how you're liking the Gen.
Sounds yummy! I saved the recipe in my bloglines and will have to give it a try. Maybe even add it to my Christmas cookie/candy goodies I make!
Love the pictures, too!
