Another Christmas under our belts....

Wow, is that hard to believe! Yet another Christmas has come and gone, where do the years go and why do they seem to go by faster the older I get? I always feel a bit blue when Christmas has gone, all the planning and anticipating and it's suddenly over in a flash! Just makes me kinda sad. Oh well, guess I just need to start thinking about next years!! :)

Santa was very good to me and my family this year, for that I am very happy. We were blessed, yet again, with good health and good fortune, being able to spend it together, that's the real gift indeed. Mandi made out like a bandit this year, finding various cd's, dvd's, video games, board games, clothing, jewelry and cash under her tree. Santa also brought Roger some new dvd's, clothing, drums to add to his new drum kit and miscellaneous musical toys he had wanted. I found under the tree some dvd's, jewelry, a new bathrobe, gift certificates to the scrap store, handmade ornaments from both Finland and Hong Kong and a new flat screen t.v./dvd player for my scrap studio!! Yippee!!! I joked with Roger, telling him that all I needed now was a small fridge and I'd never really need to leave my studio! ...well, maybe not never but you get the idea. So, I sit here now, listening to my Joy Williams music, typing on my blog and reliving in my mind Christmas 2006....
