Ice Cream dreams...

I love ice cream! I mean, there is no other dessert or sweet treat in the world that satisfies me like ice cream! My favorite, while not original I admit, is mint chocolate chip from Baskin Robbins. I'll eat any kinda ice cream, am willing to go anywhere for ice cream but if I have the choice, I'll take my mint chocolate chip!

On one of the groups I frequent, ScrapFreak, the girls have been talking about ice cream and it has made me jones for some in a really serious way! I decided that I needed to be good (for now anyway) and so instead of going out and eating ice cream, I decided to play around with some digi scrapping and use a couple pics that I took of Miss Mandi when we were in the city last month. Everytime we hit the city, we stop at Ghiradelli's for an ice cream sundae..man, they have such fabulous toppings (the ice cream is delish...don't get me wrong...but the toppings..sorry, they truly are the best!)..and I always get a vanilla sundae with hot fudge and peanut butter (yep, I said peanut butter...the consistancy of hot fudge but total peanut butter goodness)...oh my heck...it's like I've died and gone to ice cream heaven! Alright, what am I doing to myself...this isn't helping me not want to eat ice cream..sheesh!

Anyways, here is the result of my digi playing for today....used a kit by Sugarplum Paperie for this layout.....while we hadn't received our ice cream sundaes yet, and I admit, the layout does not scream ice cream as the theme...I like it! The journaling says (sweet and simply): "Nothing makes you smile like an ice cream sundae at Ghiradelli's."



Oh heck, life is too short to not eat ice cream right?! Say right...cause, I can't take it anymore...I'm grabbing Mandi and heading out for some ice cream...NOW!!!
