Such a hoot!!

Today I spent most the afternoon hanging at home. Mandi and I ran some quick errands this morning and then we came home to just lay like broccoli!! After finishing up some laundry...watching a way cool new vampire show that I was turned onto by a fellow SSR teammate, Cindy and talking on the phone to my bff Carol...who, by the way, was supposed to call me back and never did..uh hem...Carol??? Hello???? I decided to play with some fun new stamps and die cut/embossing thingies (love that term, thingies) in the sCRAP room! I need to send a couple cards this week so I used my new Owl Occasions set from Sweet & Sassy stamps, the Polka Dot Basics set from Papertrey Ink, and my new Swiss Dots Cuttlebug Embossing Folder. These are what I came up with..nothing fancy, kinda cutesy stuff but I like em anyhow!!






and, yes I used the same set for both cards, and yes, I used the same cardstock colors but these cards are not going to the same people so wtf!! LOL

alright then, I'm off to eat some pizza with Mandi and maybe watch a movie. Hope ya'll have a good weekend!
